Project Manager (Multifamily Housing)

Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively interviewing for a Project Manager to join our growing Corporate Services department for an on-site role in Franktown, CO. This is a great opportunity for anyone from recent college graduates to industry professionals that truly have a desire and passion for real estate.
Purpose of Role: Leads and supports the creation, execution, and enhancement of programs, initiatives, and activities that improve the operational and financial performance of the Company’s property management portfolio. Collaborates with real estate operators and executive team to implement and maintain best practices and optimize property-level processes and performance.
Essential Job Duties:
Operational Strategy
- Leads the design and rollout of strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed to enhance operational performance
- Develops and standardizes processes, tools, procedures, policies, and metrics to ensure alignment with the Company’s operational standards
Best Practices and Training
- Contributes to the development of policies and procedures that embed industry best practices across Monarch’s portfolio
- Assists in implementing training programs, tools, and systems to support these practices effectively
Performance Monitoring and Improvement
- Collects feedback and analyzes data to evaluate performance against established benchmarks
- Engages with management and team members to identify opportunities for operational improvement through meetings and brainstorming sessions
Consultation and Guidance
- Advises upper management on operational strategies and provides input on resolving challenges related to existing performance
Project Coordination
- Serves as the main point of contact for cross-departmental activities, collaborating with team members, vendors, and consultants
- Facilitates project meetings, ensures clear communication, monitors progress, and ensures timely completion of tasks
Pilot Programs and Process Implementation
- Manages pilot projects for new processes or systems, creating project plans, securing resources, and overseeing execution through completion
Stakeholder Support and Collaboration
- Partners with department heads and various support teams to address service and performance concerns
- Provides recommendations for process enhancements and supports strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Prepares and submits reports related to Asset Management Teams pertaining to operational matters
- Handles additional responsibilities as assigned to support department needs
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, Economics, and/or related field
- 2+ years of industry and/or internship experience in a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet applications, demonstrating how to effectively and quickly manipulate large data sets
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic and customer service orientation
- Adaptability and attentiveness toward problem-solving
