Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.

What We Offer:
- PAY: $28.00 an hour
- Yearly reviews for raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000/Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100 a week. 1.5 hour minimum per call

- Paid Time Off, 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

What we are hoping for:
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
