Our new Roving Leasing Consultant will be based out of one of our many self-owned & managed apartment communities, and expected to travel regularly within the Kansas City area to lease at our other communities as needed. The ability to help out at local properties as needed creates both great earning potential as well as learning opportunities.

- Pay starts at $16-18.00/hour

Essential Responsibilities:
- Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies at multiple properties within a designated region
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures
- Assists with the company's ongoing relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or admirative work
- Must be able to navigate industry software
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Travel Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from each scheduled shift
- Regular travel between Kansas City properties required as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from each scheduled shift
