-Granite Valley Apartments, 6741 C Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402, 166 units
-Alexandra Apartments, 4419 1st Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405, 112 units
-The Retreat on 6th Apartments, 2981 6th Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, 328 units
-Pheasant Run, 470 Quail Ct SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, 231 units
-Overlook 380 Apartments, 2040 Glass Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402, 179 units

We offer a comprehensive and competitive summer internship program for those interested in Multifamily Housing Operations.

Through our mentorship and guidance, we expect our interns to pull their fair share of responsibilities, not just make coffee. We are not afraid to let you get involved in all aspects of operations. The Property Management Intern will act as a Jr. Assistant Manager directly assisting the Property Manager in all property related activities.   
They will spend time during their internship in each role including but not limited to Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance, Grounds and Housekeeping. In addition, they will have exposure to Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting and the Legal aspects of multifamily investment operations whenever possible.

- Paid Internship, $17.50-$18.50 an hour depending on location and curriculum vitae

Qualifications:   
-          Be enrolled in an educational institution
-          Be working towards a degree related to Property Management or below examples, but not exclusive.
               >Residential Property Management Program
               >Business Management, Entrepreneurial Degree or Marketing / Sales
-          Passion for real estate
-          Ability to adapt to new environments and multi-task
-          Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
-          Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
