Today we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Shores of Roosevelt Park Apartments in Muskegon, Michigan. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
  • 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
  • Assistant Property Manager experience in multifamily housing
  • Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention 
  • Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
  • Yardi experience is preferred 
Compensation and Benefits Available:
  • Competitive pay starting at $18.50 an hour
  • Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and $75/Rental
  • ALL LEASE RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal w/ 302 units
  • Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year
