Today we are looking for a full time apartment community landscaper/groundskeeper in Wilmington, North Carolina! We pay up to $18 an hour and have room for advancement!

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance
- Be willing to train and enhance knowledge in assigned duties
- Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants
- Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas and some interior 
- Performs trimming, edging and weed whacking
- Leaf blowing/ cleanup 
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work.
- Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
- Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, inspections or assisting in turning vacant units, keeping stairwells clean, cleaning bathrooms and common areas
- Pressure washing
