Monarch Investment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville. We are offering up to $22/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool and boot reimbursement, and housing discounts.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Completes work orders assigned in a timely manner based on priority
- • Make Ready/ Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- • Painting/ Staining both interior and exterior applications
- • Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
- • Preventative maintenance as assigned
- • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- • Snow removal (when applicable)
- • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing
• Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Accepting applications on an ongoing basis
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
