Monarch Investment and Management Group is actively interviewing for an Experienced Regional Property Manager to lead our team in the Rochester, Minnesota area.
The Regional Manager is a leader within the communities they oversee. They build and maintain great teams and a solid tenant base. Someone with a passion for the multifamily industry who can be nimble and work well within the dynamic multifamily housing environment.
Competitive salary up to $100,000 annually and up to $12,000 in bonuses a year!

A seasoned Regional Manager knows the tasks at hand but here are a few of the priorities for us:
- Build and maintain an “A” team to manage the assigned communities.
- Ensure an active and engaging employee relations program is maintained.
- Understand and emulate the Monarch Culture within assigned region.
- Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of the region.
- Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.
- Assists on evaluating capital needs and planning capital projects.
- Captures tenant renewals at the highest rates possible.
- Oversees all leasing activities at or above market occupancy and rent levels.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily housing management roles (Required)
- Experience managing multiple communities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
- Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.
- Must understand multifamily housing maintenance needs.
