Client Director - South Region
This person will be accountable for converting new business; and expanding and retaining a range of clients across LHH’s solutions portfolio.
Regional Sales Director
This position will not have direct reports

To deliver against allocated annual sales target.
To drive new business acquisition within sales territory
To increase share of wallet within client portfolio
To develop, maintain and build strategic relationships with clients, with an ability to operate effectively with senior client stakeholders.
To have a full understanding of relevant external issues & use to identify opportunities in the market.
Partnering with colleagues both from a geographic and solutions perspective to meet the needs of the client and providing leadership where appropriate.
Consistently strive for sales effectiveness through:
- The use of LHH’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- The application of LHH’s sales methodology: 4DX, Insight selling, break away selling
To identify and drive opportunities for improvement of services and delivery strategies
and to work with the Regional Sales Director to implement throughout the region.
To work closely with colleagues across LHH to resolve client queries promptly.
To provide accurate forecasting and financial information.
To be accountable for all activity in relation to named clients.
Proactively contact a stipulated group of prospects.
Demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales selling HR Solutions, Recruitment, Consulting, Executive Search, HR Technology, Professional Training & Coaching Solutions, Career Transition and Outplacement services, relocation solutions or C-suite solutions.
You will have a “sales hunter mentality” - the hunger, passion, and desire to deliver on sales targets, securing new business and growing existing accounts. Owning the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
Excellent track record of developing new business building sales in the professional services industry or consultative selling solutions to business.

Schedule: 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: Attractive - Depending on Experience and success
