Mission

The Talent Solutions business unit aims to become the pre-eminent global Human Capital transformation partner with a 360° offering along Advisory, Diagnostics & Matching, Re-/Up-skilling and Placements. The Senior Client Advisor role operates as the primary Global Account leader for Talent Solutions and its respective business verticals. The role will report to the Director - Client Advisory (Strategic Solutions Sales)   

 

The focus is being the client’s trusted advisor and account development lead providing global coordination and driving growth across Talent Solutions Business verticals within a global strategic account, through coordination with each business vertical sales leadership as well as Global Solutions Partners and National Enterprise Sales. In addition, the Senior Client Advisor will ensure an effective intersection and account governance with The Adecco Group GAD when needed.

 

The Senior Client Advisor is the customer’s main focal point engaging through insight and foresight to clients’ industry challenges and potential solutions we can offer and works with both internal and customer teams to ensure that local projects align to the customer’s global objectives and guidelines. The Senior Client Advisor will focus on identifying new opportunities and aligning the relevant resources and will also setup and lead the account’s governance structure across all respective Talent Solutions business verticals. Other key role functions include global account planning, managing information and communication, and developing and strengthening strategic relationships in the account. The Senior Client Advisor will also work with the account team to monitor activity against the customer’s strategic plan and drive any necessary corrective actions.

 

Responsibilities

·         Coordinating across all Talent Solutions business verticals client teams to implement global vision and grow account.

·         Provide advise and global coordination with consultative solution expertise consistent with the Talent Solutions Advisory, Diagnostic, Reskilling and Placement approach with support from the Global Solution Partner.

·         Driver of client success and realization of the contract value. Across all business verticals within Talent Solutions

·         Run account QBRs, identify expansion opportunities across account and deepen client relationship.

·         Ensure deliberate, strategic account planning at a Talent Solutions business vertical level and coordinate tactical execution in consultation with local teams

·         Develop strategic relationships in the account coordinating with local decision makers who oversee centralized buying.

·         Identify opportunities across regions and solutions and assign resources to ensure their realization.

·         Partner with key The Adecco Group and Talent Solutions business vertical sales and solution leadership including - Global Solution Partners, National Enterprise Sales and Customer Success to ensure cross-selling and expansion of offerings globally.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with National Sales Teams across Talent Solutions business verticals ensuring overlay of global strategy alignment to national or territorial needs.

·         Drive Talent Solutions positioning and capabilities across zones, enterprises and territories for the customers ensuring solutions and resources ensure customer realization.

·         Target and develop new strategic relationships to facilitate future pipeline.

·         Drive internal alignment of all the Talent Solutions business vertical account teams by setting up an account governance structure.

·         Monitor activity against plan and taking the necessary corrective actions.

 

 

Work Experience

·         Relevant experience developing business opportunities within the Human Capital industry within a highly matrixed, global organization

·         Business development experience in a strategic enterprise sales environment

·         Solution mindset and advisory/consultative selling capability including the ability to articulate client value across and integrated solutions including: Advisory, Diagnostic, Reskilling/upskilling and placement solutions

·         Ability to lead through influence and effectively collaborate across multiple business verticals within Talents Solutions to create strong fellowship and single voice to C suite client contacts

·         Ability to operate with comfort in an agile, entrepreneurial environment with high levels of change, ambiguity and growth

·         Onboarding global management for conversion.

·         Identification, activation, and renewal of project.

·         Identification, qualification, management, and closing for cross-sell opportunity.

·         Identifying opportunities across regions and solutions and assigning resources to ensure their realization.

·         Targeting and developing new strategic relationships to facilitate future pipeline.

·         Coordinate with all Talent Solutions Brands to build an integrated Talent Solutions plan.

·         Monitor activity against plan and taking the necessary corrective actions.

·         Evidence of strong and deep relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.

·         Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and resolves issues quickly with full understanding of the implications.

·         Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills and

·         Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate thought leadership, insights and generally articles that reinforce advisory capabilities and our market positioning.

 

 

 

Education

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
