US ICEO Delivery Operations, Data, & Reporting Specialist

The International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) is a boutique practice within LHH that provides exclusive, bespoke career advisory services for sitting and transitioning senior executives. The individuals served, and those delivering services, include leaders from the highest echelons of corporate America, requiring an elevated white glove approach to provide an extraordinary experience.

The US ICEO Delivery Operations, Data, and Reporting Specialist provides project management and execution capability for delivery, data, and reporting across the US practice.

Operating within a high-touch boutique environment, s/he must have the ability to effectively engage, collaborate, and partner at a highly strategic level, externally and internally. S/he must possess a distinct level of professionalism, oral and written communication, and credibility with the senior executives we serve and the retired senior executives who deliver our service.

      Reports directly to the US Head of ICEO Sales & Delivery Enablement

Major Responsibilities

I. Data Collection, Analysis, & Reporting:

  • Build a scalable approach and process, and manage ongoing collection of ICEO client executive service delivery data and metrics:
    • Service elements capture all elements of the service delivery (when and how they are engaged) and analyze trends
    • Quality feedback manage automated quality feedback survey and analyze trends
    • Outcomes & impact – capture outcomes and impact of service delivery and analyze trends
    • Client alumni leverage outcomes data to construct and maintain a searchable client alumni database
  • Partner with relevant internal stakeholders to leverage and make actionable the trends and analysis resulting from data collection listed above – supporting both sales and delivery initiatives
  • Produce customized analyses of client executive trends by industry sector, functional areas of responsibility, geographic region, etc.
  • Produce customized analyses of customer (sponsor company) trends by industry sector, geographic region, etc.
  • Manage reporting for major customer account reviews to demonstrate ROI and impact of service delivery

II. Operations & Delivery Project Management:

  • Partner with US Head of ICEO Sales & Delivery Enablement to bring project management best practices to boutique client service delivery, including the following functions:
    • Intake & New Client Onboarding
    • Service Delivery Coordination & Administration


  • Manage delivery team member onboarding & ongoing support


Required Experience/Characteristics

      Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university (business, finance, information systems preferred)

      Three to five years of experience in a fast-paced consulting environment or equivalent

      Highly analytical with extensive experience collecting, managing, and interpreting large data sets

      Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Critical thinker, highly resourceful, creative, and extremely detail oriented

      Enjoys ideating and implementing innovative approaches to leveraging tools and processes that drive sustainability and scalability

      Ability to operate within and pivot across three distinct functional disciplines (sales, delivery, and operations) driving multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining a positive disposition under considerable pressure in a high growth entrepreneurial environment

      Advanced Microsoft Excel and database management skills (Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros, SQL, Creation of Charts and Graphs)
