In this role, you would be supporting marketing activities for the APAC region to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You’ll lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events in partnership with stakeholders in the region and the global marketing team members, and support content localization and translations. The Role 

As the APAC Marketing Coordinator you will support and execute on the marketing activities in the region. There will be a focus on organizing online and offline events especially for lead generation, including managing the event logistics and timelines, and coordinating post event operations. In support of brand building, you will also work on content localization and translation projects across asset types such as website, brochures, email etc. In this full-time position, you will partner closely with the global marketing team and the APAC sales team as well as with other internal stakeholders.  

Your Responsibilities in detail: 

  • Plan and execute on the region’s events strategy and plans
  • Manage project timelines and communicate with the stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Manage event logistics including sourcing for merchandise/giveaways at event, preparing for event collateral and materials, assist with presentation preparation with event speakers etc.
  • Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of the events
  • Support pre, at and post events activities such as: promotion, partnerships, events execution as well as email marketing

Ensure continued improvement of events processes by gathering and evaluating feedback from all parties involved 

  • Engage with sales team to provide great marketing support and help ensure lead follow-ups
  • Review content created by global marketing team and propose changes / edits required for localization for the region
  • Work with creative team and/or external agencies to have content localized
  • Work on translation projects for languages such as Japanese and Chinese (traditional and simplified) in partnership with internal stakeholders and external translation agency
  • Implement translated copy on platforms or assets such as website and emails

The Team 

Reporting to the Senior APAC Marketing Manager based in Singapore, you will be part of the wider global Marketing team and work closely with our regional sales team in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.  

About You 

You have: 

  • 2-3 years of event coordination experience
  • Experience in HR services industry (B2B) is preferred
  • Experience in content management / translation is preferred
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize your tasks across multiple projects
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnel is preferred
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions and time zones
