Digital and Social Platform Consultant
As the market leader in Career Transition (CT), we are focused on developing our delivery model to ensure consistent quality and standards of excellence. To do this, we are looking enhance our digital profile and continue to build expertise around virtual delivery, online resources and the use of social media to support career management.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong digital background who can also become a subject matter expert in all things relating to social media, our online portal and how we can continue to develop our technology to lead the field in career transition
Reports directly to the Head of Career Transition
London – Temporary remote working due to Covid-19
Management of the Career Resource Network (CRN)
Work with global colleagues to create the new version of the CRN and actively manage content for use by UK candidates
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure constant improvement of online material and research other additional service to enhance our CT offering
Create a programme of training for associate coaches to make better use of the portal and ensure that they are able to encourage increased use by candidates
Assist with the management of the Learning Centre including the Webex account
Social Media SME
Ability to demonstrate social media tools in order that candidates are using current job search channels.
Provide one to one coaching to candidates requiring support with their online presence
Expert knowledge of main social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
Creation and management of all social media materials including workshops and Virtual Classrooms
Provide training for associates on all social media including workshops and Virtual Classrooms
Facilitation of learning events including providing support to sales team with client demos and technology support
Responsibility for the social media training for our associates with regular assessments and training updates
Actively demonstrates the advocacy and celebration of digital technologies as tools that enable and enhance experiences
Strong social media skills including active use of LinkedIn.
Coaching qualification would be desirable but experience of working in commercial, customer-focused environments is equally important.
Excellent presentation skills including classroom facilitation and management
Strong written and verbal communication
Knowledge of career transition coaching and techniques including one to one coaching, group facilitation, webinar experience.
Educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of continual professional development relating to coaching, counselling and/or career transition skills.
Ability to effectively keep records through online information management system.
Experience of virtual delivery via Zoom, webinars and teleconferencing.
Ability to engage with broad range of stakeholders at all levels is essential.
Demonstrable research skills and ability to produce creative career development materials such as workshops and workbooks.
Good admin skills in order to maximise utilisation of diary time.
A collaborative, collegiate approach to working with a large team of consultants.
A positive, energetic focus on making a difference to the candidate’s experience of career transition.
A brand ambassador for LHH particularly when working with clients and external stakeholders.

Hours per Week: 37.5
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience
