Mission

Successfully advices and implements the PR strategy in Tier 2 countries as part of the verticalization of Professional Recruitment. Liaise with country management / heads of business units to achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets, and meet the needs of the organization’s clients, candidates, colleagues and stakeholders

We seek subject matter expertise in Sales Transformation, People/Culture Change Management

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Strategic Operations and Project Management including the planning, design, execution and closing of the projects
  • Definition of the projects’ deliverables, identification of stakeholders and development of the project management plans
  • Use of theory of change and design thinking methodology to drive project design and desired impact
  • Risks identification and resolution of operational problems
  • Analysis, data consolidation and reporting
  • Cost control: prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts and expenses
  • Communications management: help the communications business partner to develop a communication plan and to position and promote the projects
  • Stakeholder management: manage relationships with all partner organisations, members of the working group, agencies and other actors as needed. Ensure clear roles, timelines and deliverables. Update regularly on progress and impact.
  • Ongoing collaboration with the relevant business partners within the Group (IT, Communications, Procurement, Data Security) as needed
  • Support to partner organisation(s) in developing the implementation and marketing strategies to ensure successful hand-off at the end of each project

 

Governance and finance support to Management:

  • Preparation of reporting documents in advance of Board Meetings
  • Ongoing Finance support, including budgeting, expenses management and forecasting

 

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5years of experience in management of complex, international projects
  • Background in design thinking or Agile methodology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex international environment that requires flexibility and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset
  • Positive and “can do” attitude, creative/problem-solving approach
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft TEAMS. Experience with Salesforce a plus.

 

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training

PMP certification or similar

 

Travel Requirement

Regular (20-50%)

English Fluent, any other language would be an advantage
