Talent Development Executive Coach (part time)
Note: Candidates must be located west coast. Preferably, the successful candidate will be permanently based in CALIFORNIA .
The primary responsibility of the Talent Development Executive Coach will be to provide executive coaching services to LHH customers. Utilizing the LHH coaching methodology, the executive coach will work with professionals within our customer organizations to identify and achieve work-related performance goals and/or assist hi-potential leaders or executives to transition smoothly to new roles
The Talent Development Executive Coach will deliver talent development program offerings to LHH clients according to LHH quality standards, to include one-on-one and/or group delivery of coaching services and programs.
Coaches a variety of levels within client organizations, to include executives, VPs, Directors, Hi-Po and front-line management level employees in the organization
Conducts regular meetings with coachees and other senior leaders to clarify objectives and develop a strategy /action plan that will help achieve their goals
Helps coachees embrace their potential for growth and adjust their thinking so that they can facilitate improvements in their performance and change their strategies for dealing with specific issues
Conducts assessments and debriefs
Provides non-confidential reports, feedback, and themes to LHH Business Developers, client sponsors and key stakeholders on participant progress
Uses LHH technology and platforms to support coaching projects
Participates in LHH training and professional development opportunities
Significant business and coaching experience in a corporate or entrepreneurial setting
Personal experience in management roles preferred
Good understanding of all facets of Talent Development, Organizational Development & Organizational Effectiveness
ICF certification preferred
Excellent time management and project management skills
Team player with strong impulse to collaborate with others
Familiarity with 360 degree assessments and other inventories (e.g., personality, values, motives, etc.)
High personal credibility with a strong set of values consistent with LHH culture
Advanced Degree in a related field preferred
Strong executive presence and credibility
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
