Solutions Partner North America - Learning and Development
Description
A Solutions Partner is an active member of the North America Learning & Development Solution and Consulting organization, providing support to ensure successful sale and implementation of client programs in the areas of Assessment, Leadership Development, Coaching, and Career Development. The Solutions Partner will collaborate with members of the sales community, including Business Developers, Solutions Advisors, Solutions Consultants, Project Managers, and Account Services Managers to ensure all aspects of client program are managed and implemented successfully.

Major Responsibilities
Learning & Development Sales and Delivery Support
Participates in client account team calls to understand and support pre- and post-sale activities
Gathers and assimilates information to support sales and delivery efforts, including white papers, solution documents, and sample decks, for example
Builds and leverages internal network and strong collaboration skills to engage partners as needed
Assists Consulting team members in scoping and pricing solutions
Maintains contact with internal delivery teams to ensure progression of milestones and deadlines
Analyzes data and prepares compelling reporting and insights for client engagements
Oversees delivery of client programs and actively engages with client to ensure quality of delivery services, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for expansion
Required Experience/Characteristics
Undergraduate degree required; related graduate degree helpful but not required
Preferred, but not required: 2-3 years of experience in assessment, coaching, and/or leadership development working within organizations or as an external consultant
Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Initiative, eagerness to learn, and overall strong interpersonal sensitivity for networking and collaboration
Fortitude and perseverance; asks questions to understand and navigates complex matrix environment to accomplish tasks
Research and analytical skills
Prioritization of activities and able to meet competing demands
Project management and co-ordination skills
Operates from a lens of curiosity
Energetic, passionate, and possess a sense of urgency
Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word; comfortable working and collaborating virtually (Teams, Zoom)
