ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paid Social Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team in Malta. In this entry-level role, you will support the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta platforms, to help drive performance across our sports and iGaming verticals.
This role is ideal for someone, with experience managing paid social campaigns, who is eager to grow their skills and develop into a subject matter leader. You will assist with campaign setup, trafficking, quality checks, optimisations, reporting, and various administrative tasks that keep our paid social operations running smoothly.
You should be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with both local and central teams.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Campaign Execution
- Assisting with the planning, setup, and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns (primarily on Meta).
- Performing regular optimisations based on campaign KPIs and performance insights.
- Conducting thorough QA checks to ensure accuracy in targeting, tracking, creative, and budget pacing.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Collaborating with design and content teams to request and organise creative assets.
- Supporting the creation of simple content variations or edits when needed.
- Administration & Operations
- Managing campaign tracking sheets, documentation, and internal processes.
- Assisting with approvals, asset organisation, and cross-team coordination.
- Supporting invoicing, budget management, and administrative tasks where required.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to weekly and monthly reporting.
- Highlighting key insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication
- Working closely with local and central marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader strategy.
- Staying updated on platform changes, performance trends, and industry developments.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential Skills
- Up to 2 years experience in a paid social or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and supporting performance insights.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Haves
- Interest in iGaming or sports betting.
- Experience with Snapchat Ads or X (Twitter) Ads platforms.
