ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution within the dynamic Canadian market. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of strategic campaign planning, hands-on channel guidance, brand stewardship, and strong compliance focus. You will be instrumental in driving both customer acquisition and retention, reporting directly on performance, and ensuring LeoVegas maintains its position as a leading operator in the region.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Campaign planning: take the lead on planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Agency / third party management and coordination.
- Alignment of Brand and Marketing/campaign creatives: ensuring constant optimisation of our marketing materials to best drive consideration and grow the brand in the market.
- Competitor analysis: maintain thorough knowledge of competitor movements, and report back any recommendations/competitor-led inspiration.
- Aiding all single-channel marketing experts with the planning, creation, and execution of effective acquisition marketing.
- Aiding the CRM team with the planning, creation, and execution of a retention marketing strategy.
- Compliance: Ensuring that LeoVegas remains compliant to marketing legislation in Canada, and keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
- Reporting and analysis: proactive analysis of marketing campaigns, running reporting sessions, and maintaining constant communication with the Country Manager on current performance.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience more useful than qualifications (ideally degree educated ) but must have a strong background in
- CRM and onsite content - experience with either managing CRM directly or working with the central teams at a country level
- Product - casino primary, sportsbook second
- Marketing - channel level experience or previous country-level experience across core performance marketing channels and brands.
- Strong project management experience - must be able to manage multiple, often complex projects concurrently
