ABOUT THE ROLE
 
LeoVegas is a subsidiary of the global entertainment company MGM Resorts International focused on creating some of the most innovative sports betting and igaming experiences in the world.
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Casino team as we prepare to launch new product experiences across various markets. You will work closely with other Senior and Staff UX researchers, product management and designers in order to support strategic initiatives and enhance our current offerings.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Establishing a robust research practice and co-creating our Casino roadmap and strategy with cross-functional leaders
  • Deeply understanding the behaviors, motivations and needs of our customers to create differentiated advantages in our ability to build relevant and impactful experiences
  • Triangulate insights from a range of areas including quantitative and qualitative research, behavioral data, and third-party sources, and synthesize these to deliver a cohesive storyline that informs business decisions
  • Lead discovery work and conduct end-to-end research using appropriate methods 
  • Coach and mentor mid-level researchers via clear communication, empathy and respect
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a UX research, including 2-3 years of experience in a consumer-facing product research role
  • High level research skills across methods, qualitative and quantitative (i.e. Mixed Methods researcher)
  • Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills, with the ability to energize and activate teams
  • Experience with commonly used research and data analytics tools (i.e. Qualtrics, Maze, Domo, Google Analytics etc)
Nice to have skills: 
  • Knowledge of online Casino products and/or igaming industry
  • Experience executing research for multi-brand, multi-country products
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field
