ABOUT THE ROLE

The Live Casino Optimisation Manager is responsible for driving performance, player engagement, and commercial growth through data-led insights and continuous improvement across the Live Casino portfolio.

This role identifies opportunities to enhance player experience, strengthen product positioning, and maximise return on investment through strategic analysis, KPI management, and collaboration with Product, Operations, and market cluster teams.

You will translate player and market insights into actionable strategies, supporting the evolution of Live Casino through targeted optimisation initiatives, supplier performance evaluation, and player-centric innovation. The role ensures that performance decisions are insight-driven, measurable, and aligned with both global and regional commercial objectives.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Define, monitor, and report on Live Casino performance KPIs (e.g. engagement rate, game rounds, NGR uplift, retention metrics) across brands and markets.
• Analyse player behaviour and product performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop structured performance deliverables, including monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and trend summaries for senior stakeholders and market clusters.
• Propose and coordinate optimisation initiatives in partnership with the Live Casino Operations and Product teams, ensuring clear transition from insight to action.
• Conduct supplier performance analytics across markets, providing recommendations on exposure, prioritisation, and commercial negotiation.
• Support commercial planning through performance modelling and opportunity sizing for Live Casino campaigns and initiatives.
• Partner with local market clusters to ensure optimisation strategies align with regional trends and objectives.
• Lead competitor and market analysis to benchmark player experience, engagement tactics, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with data and CRM teams to improve recommendation systems, player personalisation, and targeting strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of performance measurement and insight reporting across the organisation.
• Co-own the “Insight → Action → Result” framework with the Live Casino Operations Manager, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved through effective execution.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Significant experience within the iGaming industry, ideally with a focus on Casino or Live Casino analytics, optimisation, or performance management.
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven improvements in product performance and player engagement.
• Experience developing and tracking performance dashboards, reports, and commercial models.
• Strong understanding of Live Casino content strategy, player segmentation, and personalisation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse supplier performance and inform content exposure or negotiation strategies.
• Experience working with data teams to refine measurement frameworks and reporting structures.
• Familiarity with competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to inform product and promotional strategy.
