ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst to join our CRO team within the product division of our organisation. Our team supports development efforts to create exceptional gaming experiences and improve delivery effectiveness by monitoring and analysing the performance of our websites and apps.
You will be part of a collaborative team of eight, including four analysts who share a passion for creating user value. The team regularly supports each other in areas such as product expertise, web psychology, data validation, process improvements, and shared leadership. Teamwork and support are central to our company culture.
Our mission is to enhance the performance of our websites by making them more user-friendly and effective at converting visitors into customers. As a member of the CRO team, you will help drive data-informed decisions and contribute to fostering a culture of experimentation in everything we do.
In this role, you will closely partner with product managers, product specialists, data scientists, developers, and UX designers to refine the user journey and optimize our internal CRO processes. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs and behavior of our visitors
- Identifying user pain points and issues that are preventing our visitors from completing a desired action and creating clear and data driven hypotheses
- Analyzing the data from the markets in your responsibility, responding to data requests and visualizing, as well as communicating your findings to various stakeholders across the business
- Feeding hypotheses for AB tests to the experimentation sub-team
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
- Experience on the similar position as a CRO Analyst or web traffic analyst
- Experience in SQL (especially Big Query)
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in behavioral analytics tool (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Fullstory or similar)
- Experience in carrying out A/B tests - from start to finish
