ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the CRM Sports Team Lead at LeoVegas Group, you will take on a dynamic and impactful role where your leadership and strategic skills will drive the success of our CRM efforts in the sports sector. You will lead a dedicated team, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, driving turnover, and optimizing bonusing strategies to maximize profitability. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage performance, foster collaboration with other departments, and ensure that our CRM initiatives align with the broader company goals.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Leadership and Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of CRM specialists to deliver on key performance indicators, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
● Profitable Bonusing and Engagement Strategies: Designing and executing bonusing campaigns and engagement strategies that drive customer retention and increase turnover, ensuring all initiatives are both profitable and aligned with business objectives.
● Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data, to ensure CRM initiatives are integrated into broader company strategies and that all efforts are coordinated for maximum impact.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analytics to inform and refine CRM strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are performance-focused and contribute to the company’s overall profitability.
● Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge, techniques, and industry knowledge to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Essential Skills:
● Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
● Strong expertise in CRM systems and bonusing mechanics, with the ability to create effective, data-driven strategies.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions to optimize CRM performance.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
● Experience in leading and managing high-performing CRM teams, with a focus on driving engagement and turnover in the sports sector.
● An inclusive leadership style that values diverse perspectives and encourages open communication and team collaboration.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
