ABOUT THE ROLE
At LeoVegas, our mission is to provide the ultimate gaming experience by ensuring our casino lobby is always ahead of the curve. As our new Gaming Portfolio Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our gaming content strategy, bridging the gap between global game providers and our local markets.
We are looking for a senior expert with deep experience in the gaming industry who can take full ownership of our extensive game portfolios and roadmaps from day one. This is a high-impact role designed for a specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead through a period of exciting organizational change. You won’t just be managing games; you’ll be shaping the future of our site's performance and will have the opportunity to build and mold your own team as we expand.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Market Content Strategy: Collecting upcoming game release schedules from providers and picking the right games for the right countries to make sure our lobbies feel local and personalized.
- Provider Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for all game providers, including attending meetings and industry dinners to stay ahead of new trends.
- Exclusive Content: Choosing which games we launch exclusively and helping to influence the creation of our own branded, bespoke games.
- Performance Management: Using data to decide which games to promote and how our app and website should look to keep players engaged.
- Future Leadership: Managing the portfolio independently at first, with the clear goal of hiring and leading your own team as we grow.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Deep Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of game mechanics, features, and the current landscape of providers and their roadmaps.
- Roadmap Management: Proven ability to manage complex release schedules and turn them into successful plans for our markets.
- Organizational Excellence: A strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and take full accountability for the role immediately.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who is happy to share information and review game data with the wider team.
NICE TO HAVES
- Industry Network: Existing, strong relationships with key game providers in the industry.
- Game Development: Previous experience or a background in actually creating or designing casino games.
- Adaptability: Experience navigating legal or compliance challenges within a regulated environment.
