ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Head of Live Casino is responsible for leading the overall strategy, performance, and evolution of the Live Casino product across all brands and markets. This role oversees the Live Casino Optimisation and Operations teams, ensuring the vertical delivers best-in-class player experience, commercial growth, and product innovation.

 

You will define the Live Casino vision - shaping content strategy, supplier partnerships, player engagement, and studio experience. Working closely with Product, Tech, CRM, and Market Cluster teams, you will ensure that Live Casino continues to differentiate through data-driven insights, superior delivery, and a consistent entertainment-led experience.

 

The role requires an experienced strategic leader with deep product knowledge, strong commercial understanding, and the ability to balance analytical decision-making with creative product vision.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

  • Lead the overall Live Casino strategy, ensuring alignment with Gaming Division objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the Live Casino Optimisation and Operations teams, ensuring clear collaboration and accountability across data, project delivery, and performance.
  • Define and drive the Live Casino product vision, ensuring a differentiated, player-centric experience across all markets.
  • Use player insights, data, and competitor analysis to guide product development and commercial decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships, influencing content, product innovation, and commercial terms.
  • Oversee Live Casino studio operations and branded environments, ensuring quality, localisation, and dealer experience align with brand standards.
  • Drive content and feature innovation, working with suppliers and internal teams to deliver unique and high-impact experiences.
  • Collaborate with Market Clusters, CRM, and Marketing to ensure Live Casino is fully integrated into campaigns, local strategies, and acquisition plans.
  • Ensure all Live Casino content and operations meet compliance, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Implement clear performance measurement frameworks and reporting cadences across Optimisation and Operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Live Casino function, promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Live Casino internally and externally - participating in supplier meetings, product showcases, and industry events.

 

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Extensive experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within Live Casino, Casino Product, or Gaming Operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale product portfolios, supplier relationships, and performance functions.
  • Experience leading teams focused on both operational delivery and performance optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of  Live Casino products, studio environments, commercial levers, player behaviour, and market trends.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and driving measurable performance improvement.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and link outcomes to commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about product quality, innovation, and delivering an exceptional player experience.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks within regulated markets.
  • Experience presenting performance updates and strategic plans to senior leadership.
