We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team, to drive cross-functional initiatives for launching and scaling new network equipment, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery across diverse stakeholders.
Position Title: Mid to Mid+ Delivery Lead
Location: Remote - Colombia
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join the Strategic Delivery Office and oversee the end-to-end process for launching new equipment in a communications company to support their products and services. This role will involve coordinating with diverse stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, and Back-End Systems to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap. Your responsibilities include:
- Serve as the program lead, managing the entire lifecycle of new equipment launches, from lab testing and certification to scaling across the company’s footprint.
- Collaborate with and manage a network of 30+ stakeholders to align on objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with boundary partners to ensure program success, addressing requirements and aligning timelines.
- Develop and maintain program artifacts, including roadmaps, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports for senior leadership.
- Identify potential roadblocks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Work closely with a Business Analyst to gather requirements and document processes.
- Foster high-quality discussions among stakeholders to drive decision-making and achieve program goals.
- Maintain a proactive and action-oriented approach to program management, ensuring all activities are organized, achievable, and on schedule.

- Familiarity with the telecom industry and network equipment processes is a plus.
