  • Evaluate current tech infrastructure, workforce structures, and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics, workflows, and data from existing systems to establish a baseline for solution recommendations.
Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Develop high-level, customized solution frameworks that align technology, people, and process improvements, leveraging methodologies like the People-Process-Technology (PPT) model, Lean Six Sigma, and Enterprise Architecture principles.
  • Prioritize recommended solutions based on return on investment (ROI), ease of implementation, and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Create high-level process flows, technology architecture diagrams, and integration frameworks to support suggested solutions.
  • Assess the company's technology readiness, incorporating Digital Process Automation (DPA) and Data-Driven Decision-Making (DDD) frameworks where necessary.
Deliverable & Transition Management:
  • Present comprehensive solution design documents, including a detailed summary of findings, high-level recommendations, and an action-oriented roadmap.
  • Provide a clear plan for the implementation phase, ensuring internal teams or external partners are prepared for the transition and execution.
  • Conduct a final Q&A session to ensure alignment and clarity before transitioning the solution to internal teams for execution.
