Description

• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance across all business units. Develop strategies to optimize data collection, integration, and utilization across the organization.

• Spearhead the incorporation of AI into daily business operations, identifying key areas for AI-driven automation and optimization. Drive the development of AI models that improve decision-making processes and enhance the company’s ability to innovate and operate efficiently.

• Oversee the design, development, and management of the company’s data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration between proprietary platforms and third-party systems. Enable real-time access to reliable data for both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Work with clients to understand their data needs, develop customized data-driven solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of those solutions. Lead efforts to provide clients with actionable insights through advanced analytics and AI technologies.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists. Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting innovation and best practices in data management and AI.

• Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for data and AI initiatives, ensuring that all data-driven projects deliver measurable business impact. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and AI models to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in data management, AI integration, and governance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of implementing data governance frameworks and AI-driven operational improvements.
• Expertise in building and managing data warehouses, ensuring seamless integration between diverse systems (both proprietary and third-party).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in automating processes and enhancing decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to align data and AI initiatives with business goals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders across various departments.

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to set a clear data and AI vision, aligning technology with long-term business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise in Data & AI: Strong knowledge of data governance, AI technologies, data architecture, and integration strategies, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale data ecosystems.
• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and respond to client needs by delivering tailored data solutions, ensuring that data-driven initiatives add measurable value to client operations.
