We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong English level to join our dynamic team if you have a background in managing multiple projects, driving Agile practices, and delivering impactful solutions.
Position Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid - Medellin
What you will be doing:
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of multiple eCommerce-focused projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, enabling teams to deliver value iteratively. Your ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments, particularly in eCommerce, will be crucial in delivering customer-centric and revenue-driving solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile principles to ensure alignment, focus, and iterative delivery of business value.
- Manage multiple eCommerce projects, ensuring teams stay on track to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on maximizing business impact.
- Remove impediments and provide necessary support to development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the delivery of eCommerce solutions across web, mobile, and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional customer experience.
- Foster strong collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in project efficiency and product outcomes.
- Promote a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within Agile teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sprint progress, team performance, and project status.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in eCommerce or digital platform projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or custom solutions.
- Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce operations, including customer journey optimization, platform performance, and digital innovation.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, DoorDash, UberEats, or Etsy (preferred).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
