We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Account Manager who will be building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, facilitating the development and growth of collaborators assigned to the account, and seeking opportunities to expand and increase profitability.
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:    
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to his/her  account
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, and teaming up with other departments such as implementation, placement, and growth to renegotiate contracts and agreements, to maximize profit
  • Actively seeking growth opportunities within the assigned accounts
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Lean Tech solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, along with client satisfaction
  • Preparing reports on account status according to management instructions, and establish processes.
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Communicating constantly and clearly with the customer to gather all requirements, leaving organized records and making sure everyone involved is aligned with the information
  • Doing daily follow-ups to each account to ensure all efforts are effectively directed towards fulfilling customers' expectations
  • Providing feedback from customers, developers, and any other relevant party to ensure the continued improvement of the account
  • Managing all personnel requests and needs, following the appropriate conduct and leaving organized records
  • Delivering timely and effective actions plans to solve any negative impact the account might encounter

  • SCRUM Master Certificate or Agile knowledge
  • ITIL or ITSM Certifications (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of related software tools

  • Project Management skills
  • Google suite tools knowledge
  • Basic to mid Data Analysis general knowledge
  • Experience using Project Management tools such as Jira, Clickup or Monday
