We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Mid+ to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be in charge of the management of activities related to the identification, attraction and selection of qualified candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the organization's internal and external clients.
 
Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:    
  • Ensure the review of each assignment received and align the search strategy and process, in conjunction with the Placement hiring manager.
  • Implement and propose effective talent search and attraction strategies that include job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks and other channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates to verify their potential fit with the offer and corporate culture, verify their level of English and explain the recruitment process to ensure the highest possible quality and clarity.
  • Schedule candidate interview with human resources to verify their level of cultural fit and identify potential risks, making sure to provide appropriate documents for respective security checks.
  • Schedule the candidate for the required technical interviews taking into account the profile requirements, making sure to receive adequate technical feedback to ensure an optimal level of fit according to the client's request.
    Ensure that your candidates have the correct and updated information in the Candidate Process Management System (ATS) and the respective documentation at the time of submission to the Placement Management department.
  • Inform candidates about the progress of each stage of the recruitment process and provide feedback to them.
  • Manage the negotiation process once the candidate has been approved by the client to achieve the agreement that allows its incorporation, likewise, must report any possible problems that may arise during the negotiation to the parties involved in the process.

  • Participate in the recruitment process for a dedicated account in case of need.
  • Perform other activities entrusted by their leaders.
  • Comply with the processes defined under the standardized documentation for recruitment processes and applicable processes (Policies, SOP, Instructions and among others on QMS).
  • Maintain constant communication with the various departments that are part of the recruitment process directly (Selection, Technical Laboratory, Personnel Administration, Hiring, OSH, peers and project leaders).
  • Attend activities, meetings and events coordinated by your team and/or the company, in which your participation is required.
  • Attend meetings or events organized by project leaders, clients or external entities that require their participation.
  • Attend in person or virtually to meetings, training and activities scheduled by the company, which contribute to the performance of their duties and their professional development.
  • Participate when necessary of the face-to-face visit made by any client or meeting requested by the Account Manager, or his direct leader.:
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Manage candidate recruitment.
    Ensure appropriate notifications in the Candidate Process Management System (ATS) regarding the progress of each candidate at each stage of the assigned recruitment processes.
  • Complete opportunities at their specific level.
  • Utilize team tools to manage candidates more efficiently and perform data analysis to guide better decision making.
  • Support new staff in the development of skills, knowledge and competencies required by Lean Tech for their functions, as well as support in the reinforcement of knowledge to the staff of the area that requires it.
What do we expect from you?        
  • You should have three to five years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and selection cycle.
  • Intermediate/advanced command of English.
  • Experience in IT recruitment for 2 to 3 years.
