TheTalent Acquisition Partner will recruit Providers (Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) and Radiologic Technologists.  The TA Partner collaborates with departments throughout the organization and our Joint Venture Partners to provide a customer focused and effective Talent Acquisition service to achieve the company’s mission, goals, and objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partner sources potential candidates through networking, social media, professional organizations, job boards, and other recruiting strategies. This role is responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting of highly qualified talent within tight time frames. 
  
Job Requirements: 
  
Education   
High School Diploma or equivalent. 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred 
  
Work Experience   
2 years experience in healthcare recruiting  
Recent experience with full cycle Physician and PA/NP recruitmentpreferred 
  

Required Licenses/Certifications: 
AAPPR certification preferred

Essential Functions 
Essential functions are those tasks, duties and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job’s purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical or fundamental to the performance of the job. They are the major functions for which the person in the job is held accountable. 
Responsibilities include: 
Source, Screen, interview and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process up to offer/hire  
• Build a network of resources to source candidates that includes research and recommendations of new and creative approaches.
Develop pipeline for current and future recruiting needs.   
• Coordinate and implement sourcing strategies. Develop efficient, creative, and effective search process to attract, identify and screen a diverse pool of candidates for various roles within the organization. 
Manage, update, and maintain candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system  
 
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all candidates in applicant tracking system as well as providing metrics on sourcing. Implement workforce strategies which include internal and external research and data analysis to identify drivers around recruitment and retention strategies. 
• Incorporates metrics to define success/failure, and shares with key stakeholders. 
• Partnerships: Establishes productive relationships and rapport with customers to gain joint understanding of business goals, strengths, and opportunities by meeting on a regular basis and providing timely follow up on issues/concerns. Provides leaders with appropriate guidance on handling issues, providing rationale for recommendations so that leaders can make informed decisions. 
• Assist with implementation of People Team/Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance successful roll-out and acceptance throughout the organization. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Works with leaders to assist them in knowing/understanding components of HR standards so they can remain compliant (i.e., license/certification requirements, background check rules, etc.). 
• Information Management: Support data / reporting needs of the team, using knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Human Resource Information Systems, and general database management and reporting to supplement and communicate with the People Team Analytics, ensuring the operating leaders and people team have the data and reports they need on both a routine and ad hoc or project basis. Provide sourcing metrics as needed. 
• Must be able to build relationships and collaborate with internal customers to identify various needs within our urgent care clinics, as well as other functional business areas. 
• Promote GoHealth at recruiting events or other related events as needed and act as an employer brand ambassador when speaking with potential candidates.
