At GoHealth we believe that what makes us great is our People. The Team Member Experience Scientist acts as a subject matter expert and steward of the team member experience across GoHealth. You will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our holistic team member listening program and drawing insights about the team member experience at GoHealth. 
 
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Team Member Experience Listening Program 
  • Support long-term vision, administration, and governance for team member listening tools, and  integrate insights from key team member moments into a holistic view of organizational health and the overarching People Analytics strategy 
  • Manage GoHealth’s team member listening program across the team member experience  
  • Develop and upkeep internal and external benchmarks 
  • Evolve team member listening program beyond current capabilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on survey design and team member listening including content creation, programing, analysis and insights reporting 
  • Partner with People Business Partner and other teams on developing tools and programs to support action taking by the right people at the right time  
Team Member Experience Research   
  • Partner with teams across the organization for the design/implementation of tools that support feedback solicitation from team members 
  • Apply research and analytical strategies to advance understanding of the team member experience and deliver useful insights and solution recommendations
  • Identify and oversee research to address questions, test hypotheses and drive strategic decisions, behaviors, and meaningful change
  • Synthesize data and information into coherent stories, recommendations and actions
Talent Assessment Program 
  • Support the design, development, validation, testing, and implementation of practical, effective, defensible, and user-friendly talent assessment tools and processes
 
Job Requirements
  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.A./ M.S. preferred) in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
  • 2+ years experience with employee surveys, employee research and/or consulting required
  • Experience with data analytics using statistical packages (R preferred)
  • Experience with survey administration systems and applications (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures
  • Interest in unstructured data analytics and NLP preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, and report back insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to present data and findings in succinct, compelling and narrative-driven ways
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
