We are seeking an experienced UI Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience to lead our UI development team. As a UI Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end development process, managing a team of 7 to 10 UI developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality user interfaces using React and other front-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to drive the development and implementation of user-cantered interfaces.
What you’ll do:  
  • Lead and manage a team of 7 to 10 UI developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the front-end development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • Manage the allocation of resources, balancing workloads, and prioritizing tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with the overall architecture, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development, and incorporate them into the team's workflow.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
What you’ve done:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a UI development role, leading a team of 7 to 10 developers.
  • Hands-on experience in front-end development, with expertise in React and other front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
