An organized and resourceful individual to lead and drive the (PDM) Product Data Management processes and Arena system.  As a senior administrator you will manage the PDM environment, providing daily support to the user base and respond to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. This position will be self-directed and will execute day-to-day document control related functions.  Candidate should be able to manage rapid changes, prioritize and track deliverables for various organizations, implement new product data management, administer user privileges in Arena, and develop document control processes. 
 
 
What you’ll do:  
  • Manage the administrator role for the PDM system for all users.
  • Work cross-functionally with managers and employees at all levels of the organization. 
     
  • Collaborate with Engineering Program Manager, Operation Program Manager, Product Management, Customer Success, and Hardware Engineering teams to execute the day-to-day functional process and the PDM system. 
     
  • Create and manage Arena configuration rules and BOM structure standards. 
     
  • Manage ECO, MCO, deviation, stop ship and purge notifications in Arena. 
     
  • Host a weekly CCB meeting with all stakeholders to review changes. 
     
  • Implement, update, and enforce policies related to PDCM. 
     
  • Provide technical support, process enforcement, and training to internal and external Arena Users. 
     
  • Manage the existing PDM setup and modify configurations as required by business processes. 
     
  • Assist Operations/Engineering staff in the creation of  BOM's (Bill of Materials) structure, part numbers, ensure data accuracy and archive related documentation in Arena. 
 
 
What you’ve done:  
  • 6 plus years of hands-on experience managing a PDM function, preferably in Arena. 
     
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience. 
     
  • Experience with supporting the PDM function in a manufacturing environment for complex hi-tech systems.

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with co-workers and external contacts and respond positively to situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond positively to changing requirements.
