We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and integration of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electro-optical surveillance systems. Edge Autonomy seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and foster valuable partnerships. The role is responsible for developing growth strategies and implementing tactical activities to drive ambitious sales targets.
The position is in our Riga, Latvia office and requires ability to travel globally.
 
Requirements:
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategy and product direction.
Drive sales growth through lead follow-up, channel development, and achieving targets.
Prepare forecasts and reports to guide decision-making.
Build strong relationships with customers, industry leaders, and government agencies.
Represent the company at events and trade shows to promote products and engage clients.
Develop strategies to capture international tenders and opportunities.
Deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to anticipate market shifts.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in international business development or sales roles, preferably within the aerospace or technology sector.
Project/program management experience (preferable).
Proven ability to understand and grow revenue in new markets.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
Experience with CRM software.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
