About the Role:
Waring is seeking a Regional Account Manager - West to lead growth for our Waring Commercial brand. This role will focus on executing brand-aligned initiatives, managing channel performance, and driving market share growth through training, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Expertise & Representation
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Waring Commercial brand.
  • Represent the brand consistently in alignment with its image and values.
  • Execute product trainings and demonstrations that reflect the brand identity.
Channel Management
  • Reps:
    • Review monthly performance and provide actionable feedback.
    • Train and elevate rep performance; replace underperforming reps when necessary.
  • Buying Groups & Dealers:
    • Review monthly performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Expand existing business and develop new partnerships.
    • Deliver training and support to elevate partner performance.
  • Chains & National/Key Accounts:
    • Grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to create new business relationships.
Reporting & Communication
  • Create and maintain territory reports; analyze and present data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Sales & Market Growth
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Identify lost market share and develop recovery strategies.
  • Research and penetrate new markets with targeted strategies.
Leadership & Change Management
  • Act as an agent for change and innovation within the organization.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence.
 
Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years in foodservice equipment, sales, or strategic account management.
  • Proven experience in brand management, sales, or channel development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for training and demonstrations.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with reps, dealers, and national accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and growing market share.

Environmental Factors: 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Willing to travel 40-50% of the time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role is a remote position based on the West Coast.
