This is a hybrid role based in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

What You'll Do:

The Senior Paid Social Media Specialist structures and optimizes for maximum performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Senior Copy Manager, the Senior Social Media Specialist, and the Digital team to set up and execute paid social campaigns that achieve key objectives such as increased website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports for division teams, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Monitoring: Monitor campaign budgets, recommend spend adjustments, and make real-time changes based on performance data
  • Creative Testing: Conduct tests to determine which creative variants deliver the best results, continuously refining strategies for optimal performance.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the ever-evolving paid social media landscape, incorporating new trends and best practices into our strategies.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:

  • Proficiency with tracking pixels and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for enhanced tracking and reporting.
  • Expertise in setting up and optimizing event conversions to measure campaign success.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage and optimize budgets to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other methodologies to determine the best creative strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools) for creating social designs.
  • Experience with social media management tools (like Sprout or Brandwatch).
  • Familiarity with generative content tools like Meta AI or ChatGPT.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to follow an in-house style guide while adapting voice for different brands, audiences, and deliverables.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-changing and highly collaborative environment.

Your Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment.

Compensation:

Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
