Sr Systems Developer / Data Analyst

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Employer will not sponsor visas for this position. Position can be fully remote or Hybrid if you are near our Greenwood Village, CO office.
What You’ll Do:
The Sr Systems Developer / Data Analyst is responsible for integrating data from transactional databases, APIs, and flat files to be transformed incrementally and progressively improving the structure and the quality of our data. The ability to create well-designed data models for relational and star schema models is required. This position will work closely with our principal architect to integrate Microsoft Fabric into our data ecosystem. Additional responsibilities include working with business users to define reporting data elements and build out a gold standard semantic model.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and end-user needs.
- Proficient with Azure ETL processes such as Data Factory and Synapse.
- Strong SQL Server database development.
- Data modeling.
- Familiarity with DevOps deployment pipelines.
- Proficient with Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric unified data analytics platform.
- Microsoft Azure SQL and OneLake experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing data integration solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
- Familiarity with Qlik Replicate and Qlik Data Integration Platform is a bonus.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from various data sources and formats including SQL databases, Excel, CSV, API, JSON, and Parquet files.
Your Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- 6+ years of experience as a data integration developer.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.

Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $120,000 - $150,000 with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
