ZoomCare is seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team! The Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for operating all IAM activities across our healthcare system operations infrastructure and corporate environment. This position will work with Security, Systems, DevOps, Network, and Development teams to drive and shape the way our employees and engineers interact with our systems.

- Build and enhance IAM solutions that integrate applications and other enterprise and security services with IAM services.
- Align IAM processes with business processes and identify required governance and policy needs, specifically in the areas of identity administration, provisioning, access governance, privileged access management, certification, and multifactor authentication.
- Integrate new and existing policies and technical controls for user authorization for enterprise applications.
- Develop all technical requirements for policies, procedures, and standards for provisioning new user accounts and resolving permission-related issues.
- Ensure IAM services perform according to defined procedures and standards and ensure SLAs are met.
- Provide oversight and support of all IAM lifecycle activities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic recertification activities and processes.
- Guide and perform access data cleanup; implement and oversee effective access data maintenance practices and account certification.
- Collaborate with and act as a liaison to multiple and diverse business groups and technologies.
- Provide on-call support as needed for operational continuity of IAM solutions and systems.
- Provide IAM subject matter expertise for business and technical project teams.
- Evaluate vendor solutions to ensure they meet technology and security standards.
- Create and maintain design, technical architecture, and release management documentation for IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Director of Enterprise IT and Senior IT Manager to implement best practices for identity governance and administration, provisioning, de-provisioning, privileged access management, access reviews etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a remote position but you must be located in Oregon or Washington state.
- Experience with Okta and Sailpoint IdentityNow preferred.
- Bachelor degree computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field required.
- 5+ years total experience in a technical role such as security, network, systems, or software engineer with at least 3 years focused on IAM, required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with stakeholders, document IAM policies and procedures, and provide training and support to end-users and IT teams.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT security, compliance, and application development teams, is essential for implementing IAM solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- Exposure with API management tools for SaaS based solutions.
- Process automation experience using CLI, APIs, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows in a hybrid environment preferred.

- Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 dependent on experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to work at a computer and sit for long periods of time.
- Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job. Occasional after hours support may be needed.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
