ZoomCare is seeking a Super Clinic Supervisor – Lab and Clinic Operations to join our team at the LLoyd Super Clinic in Portland, OR! The Super Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operations of the clinic, balancing leadership with hands-on support to ensure cohesive workflows across clinical and lab functions. This role includes coordinating resources to support staff, maintaining alignment between schedules and patient volume, and acting as the primary on-site liaison with the District Manager. The Supervisor ensures that clinic operations run smoothly, collaborating closely with the Lab Director to support compliance and lab operations.

- Perform routine patient care tasks during shifts, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting with procedures; step into clinical roles for walk-in patient flow as needed to reduce bottlenecks and maintain smooth operations.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on support to MAs, ensuring high-quality patient care; coordinate and assign breaks and lunches for MAs and lab staff, assigning MAs to support the lab as needed.
- Manage clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows for patient care and lab services; monitor and maintain inventory levels with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction.
- Support effective use of technology and EHR systems, providing troubleshooting and assistance; identify workflow improvement opportunities, bringing recommendations to the DM for approval and implementation.
- Supervise MAs, Lab Associates, MTs, and MLTs, providing daily guidance and support; collaborate with providers and nurses to enable them to work at the top of their licensure.
- Assist with training and onboarding new staff, ensuring familiarity with workflows, protocols, and operational expectations; address staff performance issues through coaching or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with clinic values; support recruitment by participating in MA interviews.
- Act as the on-site liaison between the DM and clinic staff, escalating critical issues as needed; partner with safety, training, and compliance teams to uphold safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular meetings with the DM, reporting on staffing, patient care, and operational performance; respond effectively to unexpected challenges or emergencies to minimize disruptions to patient care.
- Coordinate with other supervisors or teams to share staff or resources between clinics as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field, required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, customer service, or a related field; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- 2+ years experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or in a similar clinical support role, or 1+ years of experience as a ZoomCare Medical Assistant (MA), required.
- Proven ability to manage small teams of approximately five people, with a focus on performance management, team development, and collaboration.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to educate, train, influence, and lead peers for improved results.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance to create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Familiarity with patient scheduling, walk-in management, and basic lab workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across clinical, lab, and operational teams.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including lab personnel, to ensure seamless operations.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clinics where support is needed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized and reputable organization (e.g., American Heart Association, Red Cross) or the ability to obtain one within 1 month of hire.

- Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
- Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this position.
- Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
- Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time.
- Must wear a company-approved mask as needed.
- Fit tested for an N95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must reside in the Portland or Seattle area and be able to travel to clinics daily or as needed.
