SNPW team is looking for a Safety Clinical Management staff to coordinate employee medical activities, promote workplace health and safety, maintain accurate records, and support DOLE compliance.

JOB OVERVIEW

Safety Clinical Management staff is responsible for scheduling employees for medical activities, coordinating with the diagnostic clinic, ensuring training compliance, conducting health and wellness lectures, and preparing annual medical, accident, and injury records for Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of 4-5 year Business-related course or any related course.
  • Knowledge of employee health programs, medical coordination, and workplace safety is an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining records, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule employees for medical examinations, assessments, and other health-related activities. 
  • Coordinate employee medical requirements and appointments with the diagnostic clinic. 
  • Monitor and ensure that all employees complete the required health and safety training. 
  • Conduct lectures and awareness sessions on healthy lifestyles, wellness, and workplace health. 
  • Educate employees on the importance of maintaining good physical and mental health. 
  • Prepare, organize, and consolidate annual medical records. 
  • Maintain accurate records of workplace accidents, injuries, medical activities, and employee health information. 
  • Assist in preparing reports required by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). 
  • Ensure that medical and safety records are properly maintained and kept confidential. 
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding employee health and safety concerns. 
  • Support the implementation of workplace health, safety, and wellness programs. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
