RTS Financial and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming inquiries via phone and email by listening, problem solving, coaching, and educating on Shamrock’s tools and offerings to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will manage an assigned range of duties as assigned by the Customer Engagement Supervisor. The Customer Service Representative must be able to perform the following tasks, among others:   
  • Interact with clients in all aspects of customer service.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales and IT teams to ensure proper communication and flow of client follow up items, customer trends, technology enhancements and customer service.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with strong listening and phone skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on high-quality service.
  • Detail oriented in documentation and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product and market knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry and basic PC applications.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
