Responsibilities 
 
Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Shamrock Recruiting team by ensuring a smooth recruiting process for both recruiters and candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage our recruiting processes to help meet Shamrock’s workforce needs and goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Top of FormBottom of Form 
  • Perform pre-offer due diligence, including reference checks and pre-employment screenings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) including report generation, job requisition management, candidate management and implementing process enhancements
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program, including tracking all referrals, following up with employees and communicating bonuses to HR/payroll 
  • Manage all job boards and 3rd party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Predictive Index, etc.)
  • Research, review, and manage special projects that support recruiting efforts and enhance the candidate experience
  • Support campus initiatives including managing event registrations, travel accommodations, and attending events as needed
  • Facilitate and monitor the new hire onboarding process
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to the recruiting process
  • Assist with training recruitment and hiring teams on process updates
Qualifications 
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred 
  • Experience working in ATS system preferred - experience using Jobvite or Dayforce is a plus 
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills required  
  • Intermediate technical capabilities: Teams, Excel and reporting systems 
  • Ability to organize and adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail 
  • Ability to remain ethical and objective while exercising independent judgment and initiative 
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by identifying issues, analyzing potential solutions and implementing strategies to address challenges and improve processes
