Americas Inside Sales Leader

The Sales Organization in Qlik is the primary connection to our customers and prospects; focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existing customer. The teams work geographically or are industry focused.
 

 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Lead a team of Enterprise/Inside Sales Representatives (EIS/ISR) to over-achieve a revenue quota and build pipeline for the region through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Provide daily 1:1 coaching with the ISR/EIS to achieve lead conversion rates on inbound leads and opportunity conversion rates on outbound prospecting activities that are among best in class for the industry, and check the quality of the incremental Opportunities
  • Partner with field based regional sales directors and account executives to ensure proper alignment, set expectations, and identify and close new opportunities. Also identify areas of operational improvement
  • Mentor the ISR and EIS to set goals, plan activities, and achieve “operational excellence” with respect to the use of Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct bi-weekly team development meetings and daily team huddles on execution.
  • Has the ability to develop strategy of market penetration, working closely with Field Marketing, the Director of Inside Sales and the field leadership
  • Exercise stewardship of QlikTech’s prospect and customer database and build relationships with executive sponsors in our client and partner base
  • Partner with the Reseller Managers and Director of the Reseller Partners to help    strengthen QlikTech’s partner channel
  • Executive sponsorship on strategic sales opportunities
  • Weekly forecasting using the Customer Centric Selling methodology
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts to the business and the Modernization Program Leader

Experience & Qualifications
Desired experience with successful track record in one or more of the following areas:

 

  • MBA preferable
  • Or Relevant experiences in solution selling, B2B, Software companies
  • Business level English mandatory
  • Other relevant languages would be an advantage
  • Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)
  • Track record of building and driving consistent, high performing Business       Development and Inside Sales organizations
  • Familiar with Sales 2.0 technologies such as LeadLander, Marketo, LinkedIn
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM (SalesForce)
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment and carrying/managing complex sales cycles over the phone
  • Experience with customer centric selling or solution selling
  • Mobility - up to 10% travel time required
