The Senior Consultant, Data Analytics Role

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with team members and clients to identify, interpret, and address business requirements through innovative solutions, driving tangible value for our customers.
• Data Optimization: Engage in database analysis and data modeling to develop effective strategies that optimize decision-making processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Application Development: Create and optimize Qlik Sense and QlikView applications, ensuring seamless performance and empowering users to derive actionable insights from their data.
• Quality Assurance: Lead and support data extract script development and testing, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the reliability and usability of our solutions.
• Leadership and Guidance: Foster teamwork while providing guidance and leadership to fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Dashboard Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense/Qlik View, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Empowering Decision-Making: Enable clients to leverage data effectively to drive business decisions and achieve strategic goals, driving tangible business outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Driving Innovation: Drive innovation and efficiency in data analysis and visualization, ensuring optimal performance and usability of our solutions.
• Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on data architecture, SQL programming, and BI tools to meet diverse business needs, enabling organizations to maximize the value of their data assets.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• BE/ME in IT, CS or CE or BCA/MCA.
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility of work schedule based on our Global Customers.
• Proven experience of 3-8 years as a BI Developer in Qlik Sense and Qlik View
• Background in Data Warehouse design.
• Experience working with Relational Databases like MS SQL Server and Oracle, etc.
• Must be Good at Data transformation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic Knowledge of Qlik APIs.
• Any Qlik certification would be an advantage.
• A strong analytical and logical mindset is much appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing/Dashboard Validation.
• Strong initiative and are proactive.
• Proficient user of QlikView and/or Qlik Sense
• Qlik NPrint Experience
• Experience in QlikView to QlikSense Migrations
• Experience in Migrations from other reporting platforms to QlikSense.
• An experienced client facing consultant with advanced knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SQL programming, data warehouses, ETL, OLAP and BI tools but also a good understanding of business processes and needs.
