The Qlik Learning Engagement and Renewal Specialist Role (Afternoon Shift) 

    

This role is integral to our mission of transforming complex data into actionable insights. As the Qlik Learning Engagement and Renewal Specialist, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer engagement with our Qlik Learning platform. We're hiring for this pivotal position to tackle the challenge of improving our Qlik Learning adoption and renewal rates, directly contributing to the strategic business outcomes by ensuring our customers maximize the value from their Qlik Learning subscription.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:   

    

  • By strategizing and executing innovative onboarding programs, you'll ensure customers are quickly realizing the value of their Qlik Learning subscription.
  • Engaging directly with customers, you'll act as a trusted advisor, increasing platform utilization and satisfaction, and securing subscription renewals.
  • Your efforts in driving the renewal process and collaborating across teams will enhance customer loyalty and contribute to Qlik's market leadership.

    

    

We’re looking for a teammate with:   

    

  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably within a technology, e-learning, or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work from IST 2.30pm – 11pm.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of conveying the value propositions of Qlik Continuous Classroom in a clear and compelling way.
  • Analytical abilities to leverage customer data in making informed decisions and strategies.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and Self-Motivation, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently, driving results with minimal oversight.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field.
