Manager, Demand Operations & Technology

The Manager, Demand Operations & Technology will manage and oversee processes and technology deployed to drive global sales and marketing best practices and maximize demand generation efforts. They will focus on project and task management related to global lead lifecycle strategic initiatives and become the process expert across regions providing training and enablement. This individual will report into the Global Demand Operations & Technology Director and work collaboratively across multiple business units including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and IT to deliver and execute programs and operational initiatives.   

Responsibilities include:


  • Manage and implement enhancements to predictive lead and account-based scoring in marketing automation systems
  • Manage prospecting systems and tools and drive consistency in usage resulting in better ability to measure effectiveness 
  • Enrich sales and marketing data with buyers insights from prospecting databases to support demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure systems are working as designed, spot problems and troubleshoot
  • Build and maintain process documentations for demand generation systems best practices
  • Support the integration, implementation of demand generation processes and technology
  • Coordinate and deliver global enablement efforts for effective roll out adoption of systems and processes


To be considered for the role you must have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in a sales and marketing operations role; preferably with technical or software companies with proven track record of facilitating demand generation best practices
  • 5+ of experience working with CRM, marketing automation, lead management and database management
  • Proven success in working in highly matrixed origination
  • Strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive process changes, communicate status and win agreement from stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple prioritise
  • Analytical with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems – preferably
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems – preferably Marketo
  • Knowledge and experience with predictive engines, sales productivity, prospecting databases – preferably Conversica, Salesloft, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, TechTarget
