About this role
The Medical Compliance Specialist position is an LPN who assists with medical care for disabled individuals in our group homes and day program. The nurse's duties include conducting assessments, assisting with medical appointments, training staff to care for the individuals, and reviewing medical records. The Medical Compliance Specialist works with the Operations team to recommend treatment interventions and ensure compliance with ODP regulations.

- Completion of a State approved Licensed Practical Nursing course and possession of a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners.

Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
