Role Overview:  
   
The Talent Acquisition & People Development Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while leading and supporting people development initiatives across the organization. This role balances strategic hiring execution with learning and development program design, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
As a senior individual contributor, this role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and People team stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employee capability, and support organizational growth through effective recruitment and development strategies.
  
Responsibilities:  
   
Talent Acquisition  
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent  
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles  
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs  
  • Manage job postings, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns  
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process  
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations  
  • Manage vendors for volume, senior or niche hires 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal hiring policies, and documentation standards
Employee Data Management  
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and systems  
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations  
  • Process employee data updates, including promotions, transfers, and terminations  
  • Generate reports and analytics on workforce trends and HR metrics  
  • Support audits and ensure data integrity across HR platform
Learning & Development
  • Support the design, coordination, and implementation of L&D programs aligned with organizational and departmental capability needs
  • Conduct learning needs analysis in partnership with People leaders and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate learning sessions such as onboarding, foundational skills, behavioral competencies, and people leader programs
  • Coordinate logistics and administration of training programs including schedules, materials, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluation
  • Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, participation metrics, and post-training assessments
  • Support talent development initiatives such as career pathing, succession planning inputs, and internal mobility programs
  • Maintain accurate learning records and reports within HR or learning systems
Process Optimization & Compliance  
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and people development processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability  
  • Implement best practices for talent acquisition and HR data governance  
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulation 
  •  Support People team initiatives related to policy updates, audits, and compliance 
  • Prepare recruitment and L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review 
  
 Skills and Qualifications  
·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee data management.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment and learning data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.  
  • Experience:  5+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Learning & Development or people development programs 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
