About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Residential Administrator to provide strategic leadership, management, and oversight of 24-hour residential services supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction recovery needs, and cognitive health challenges. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
You will oversee all program operations, supervise leadership staff, and guide the development and implementation of individualized support plans. This position plays a key role in coordinating services, supporting staff development, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across residential programs.
Responsibilities
● Provide strategic planning, management, and evaluation of 24-hour residential services
● Oversee program operations to ensure high-quality care and service coordination
● Supervise and support Program Administrators, Program Managers, and Certified Support Providers
● Guide the development and implementation of individualized plans and support documentation
● Coordinate services and monitor client progress
● Maintain accurate and compliant client records
● Provide training, quality assurance, and technical assistance to staff
● Collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure operational excellence
● Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and agency standards

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
● Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities and/or Cognitive Health, or equivalent relevant experience
● Satisfactory employment history
● Ability to pass state criminal background checks
● Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and active auto insurance
